Shaped by Light, Defined by Community

Our community in Reston, Virginia stands out for its contemporary architecture and forward thinking design.

Designed with deep respect for nature and architecture, the neighborhood blends modern living with the peaceful environment that defines Robert E. Simon’s original vision for Reston. Built to coexist harmoniously with the native landscape, the 35 homes feature passive solar designs that naturally maximize energy efficiency through strategic sun exposure, large window placement and structural shading.
