Internal Complaint Resolution Policy – Guidelines

As required by the Code of Virginia, the Solaridge Cluster Association is required to provide its property owners with a formal procedure for resolution of written complaints from owners or residents of the association and other citizens. Please refer to the document contained within Solaridge Cluster – Complaint Policy for more information regarding this procedure. Residents preparing to file a complaint are strongly encouraged to attend one of the monthly Cluster Association Board meetings where they can learn more about this formal procedure.
