Trash Collection

Solaridge Cluster uses Republic Services for its trash collection. They have issued the following collection schedule and inclement weather policy.

Regular weekly trash and recycling collection days will be on Thursday morning each week. It is recommended to use trash and recycling bins with lids to prevent wind and animals from distributing trash in the neighborhood.

Trash and recycling should be placed on the curb outside your home early on Thursday morning or late on Wednesday evening.

Yard Debris Collection: Begins March 1st and ends December 28th of each year. Collection occurs on Wednesday morning.
Effective March 1, 2017 all yard debris must be placed in yard paper bags (available at home improvement stores such as Home Depot, Lowes, Costco, etc.)  Plastic bags will not be accepted for yard debris.

Christmas Tree Collection: Single family homes Christmas trees will be collected the first two Wednesday’s in January. Please remove all ornaments and decorations. Do not place trees in plastic bags.

Inclement Weather policy: Roads and/or areas which are deemed unsafe due to snow or ice will be suspended for collection during inclement weather. If service is suspended, make-up service will resume on the next regularly scheduled collection day.

Note: On “make-up” days, crews come through the neighborhoods earlier than usual, please make sure to put your trash items curbside the night before!!
